Bas Botman has practical and management experience in real estate, finance and ICT. Bas likes a diverse work environment: working with hands and head in different fields.

Roos Naves has experience as an impact manager and guides donors and initiators within the Iona Stichting.

Sonja Telman has been involved with the Iona Stichting since 1974 and has experienced the Iona Stichting in all its developments.

Robert Viëtor is closely involved in the development of Iona Vrijgoed as director-manager of the Iona Stichting.

The team distributes tasks flexibly. Each person brings their own specialties en strengths. Robert in governance, Roos in fundraising and communication, Sonja in finance and Bas in (re)construction and legal matters.

A committee supports the selection of locations and initiators.
